CS cheating on NeoMadHouse - Open letter to all.

I really hate to say this but this was the last straw, I was in cs_italy and the game starts and I go hide on some boxes, the guy runs everywhere but all of a sudden, before he pops around the corner he ducks, aims my way and pop's around shooting. Smart play, coincidence, luck or cheating.

It happend once or twice, no it's all the time and by the same guy, Ok I agree once or twice but not all the time. and it's never the same pattern or the same place either. the game restarts, I go hide in another part, again runs all the way but again stops just before the corner jumps and pops me. unlike the previous attemp where he ran all the way. coincidence, not. It's like this over and over. BTW the guy lights up as if he has his flashlight on all the time while others don't see his flashlight. Makes ya wonder, and you know who you are.

I thought that the NeoMadHouse having members from AT would have some honor and have been better but once again people like that make me sick. Once again it's because of people like that I've lost fait in CS.

Some would say oh he beat you, stop whining, hey I'll take my bumps anytime but when this defies all law of being random and you tell yourself how the hell did he know I was there over and over. I can tell when I play with people who cheat and don't cheat, it's sad that members from here would go so low on such a great server, now I know why poeple won't play anymore. Well Neo you have a great server but people like that ruin it for all, I hope you continue to have some sort of fun with it. That's all I had to say.

That sucks man. I wasn't on tonight, and I'm glad I'm not if someone is cheating. I do suck anyway, but I just don't get why someone would be compelled to play if there was no competition in it.

If these events did not arrive in bursts, that would mean they were ev enly spaced out. But if the events were evenly spaced out, they could not be random.

Ok, it was me. Dude, i'm not cheating. I know that map like the back of my hand. Aztec/Siege/Assualt/2k as well. Ask anyoen who plays and i'm good at that map. I knwo patterns of people are where they go. I would say smart playing .

You probably didn't see me crouch and peek around the corner. I can see your gun barrel. I am willing to help anyone in this game, hell, I even give advice to CTs when i'm playing.

Umm, this is at the beginning of the round. If you know me and play with me, i'm always in front of a rush in Italy.

Hmm, if you didn't know. I have alot of map lag on alot of maps. Flash Light or NV gets rid of it. Thats why you see me have it on ALL the time. Even in dust where there is no dark spot.

I'm sorry to say this, but this is at the beginning of a match...by the time you CTs get your gear and all...i'm around the corner all ready. So if you ever pay attention, I either kill all CTs at the corner or get killed there.

i was just playing (shadowing) urabantechie tonite, and as far as i can see, he wasn't cheating. if he was Datafly would have been down when i went around the corner but instead all i see is the trail of blood leading to UrbanTechie's body...hehehe and i saw his body quite alot tonite. well, right after i see his dead body, i'll quickly join him down on the ground. stupid Datafly and IBHacknU...killing a Noob like me. you 1337 h@x0rs gotta leave us N00Bs to learn.

I can tell that ltk007, GreenBeret are not cheats, nEoTeChMaN is no cheat he's good I admit that, he has a 10 ping I admit that, mpg is getting really good I admit that but they are all ramdom. when someone always goes to exactly where you are hidding without hesitation, always knows where you are all the time you have to question it, this is not smart play or just coincidence. Neo on a cpl of previous games that day I went 12-2 and 9-1 I stopped and came back an hour later. When your 1-1 or 2-2 in Italy and you camp as a T you don't have much choice, your more than likely to be on the loosing end.

Why is it that he always appears as if he has his flashlight on and no one else notices? I have three cheatbusters installed maybe that's one of them.

I don't want to make a war here but this defies all ramdom laws, and when that happens I question it.

As I was playing (I'm new to CS), I suspected a couple of people were cheating because they'd throw their grenade at an area I was hiding in, but there was no way to see me. Then I'd watch others play, and realized I wasn't being clever, it's just a common hiding spot. That sort of thing.

Now, the couple of times me and 2 or 3 other guys had a T cornered and we're all firing, and all 4 of us wound up dead.. I'm still trying to explain that one. But whatever, it's fun either way

I have never even played the game but it seems to me you are just crying over losing. If you keep getting killed while hiding why not quit hiding and jump out there and kill some people. C'mon man if you can't take the heat get out of the kitchen.

LOL yea look who's doing the whining, it's easy todo isn't it. cheating article kinda proves my point, &quot;Players can now find code ... that illuminates the enemy and makes them glow&quot;. this is exactly what happened yesterday. I should have taken a screen shoot.

BTW I'm not crying over loosing, I've won and lost many times (with honor) since beta 1 and I have always accepted that. I'm just pointing out overall how truly lame and uncontrolable this game has sunk to, it's just unplayable now, even on a private server with members. There will always be someone that will be tempted to use the lamest way to get a kill no matter what anti-cheat you put in.

Also this is my last post on the subject, I can and have taken the heat and have played with the best, and I thought for sure that having [AT] on a private server would renew my faith in CS but no it hasn't and now probably never will. I'm taking CS off my system today because of how lame this game has become because of cheats. On to something better. RC5 sounds good.

it is highly possible that urbantechie has a very efficent way of dealing with people who hang in your position. Because he knew someone was likely to be there he turned the corner shooting. Your observation about the flashlight only indicates that YOU are cheating if it was some kind of skin cheat!

From the way that article mentioned the glowing enemy it would seem you were the one cheating. I think the article means that the cheaters use the &quot;glowing enemy&quot; hack to gain the advantage and since you were the one seeing the &quot;glowing enemy&quot;... Just messing with yea.

BTW I wouldn't mind trying this game if I wasn't gonna have my faced pushed into the dirt by experienced players right off at the start.

Anyone know a fast site to download the latest HL patch. I just installed it off the CD so I need the big one.

Damnit, how many times do I have to tell you?? I HAVE MY FLASHLIGHT ON I get bad map lag (something from r_speeds) and if I have my flashlight on or I have Night Vision on, it gets rid of it. I would like to turn it off, but I would die really quickly because I wouldn't be able to control myself.

Damn, you mean I'm going to have to stop whining?

I was playing with Urbantechie last night, and he was decimating me for quite a few rounds. I finally got into my rythm and was beating him around a bit. I see no evidence that he cheats. In fact, that glowing thing you mentioned helped me kill him several times. He leaves his light on quite often, and you can see him coming from a mile away, and through walls and such. Nothing like carrying a bullet beacon.

I'm trying to figure out why having the flashlight on would help map lag. Is there some place this is discussed and documented as a solution?
