CS 1.6 server for a few hours?

I'm trying to find a U.S. server i can use for a friendly CS1.6 scrim with a bunch of friends. We're looking for a 20+ man server with support for custom maps (we want a few fy maps), HLTV for spectators, and ability to change server options (like ban awp from CQB maps).

Unfortunately, everyone wants $50+ to rent a server for a month and we really only need it for a few hours. Does anyone know a company that will rent/allow me to use a server for a few hours or a day? A few of us are willing to chip in a few bucks but don't want to rent something for a whole month. Any ideas?
 
the reason why they dont rent by the hour is because of the hassle and most of all manpower to set you up in the first place.
