CS 1.6 de_vegas....

Currently running the new Steam CS and when i try to play fy_iceworld it starts to validate, and then closes and gives me this dialog box


WARNING: Could not open de_vegas

I checked to see if it was there the first time, and it wasn't so i downloaded it and put it in the correct directory.

I tried again and i keep gettin this area, soooo do you have any sugestions?

Sorry this is not an answer to your post, I'm just avoiding opening a new post, to make a simple question, really.

When will CS 1.6 be available? It's still in it's beta version, right?

Other than that, the trick is to grit your teeth and enjoy the royal ass pounding. Everything related to Steam has been a dismal failure, it'll be weeks before a sufficiently patched and tested set of installers, tools, and games are working.
