CS 1.3 spectator mode issues

Whenever I use the insert window with spectator mode, the graphics in the main window starts clipping like crazy. Is anyone else having this problem? I'm using a Voodoo5 with the last official drivers in Win2k. This problem occurs with and without the WickedGL drivers.
