Crystal Disk Info vs WD disk utility conflict

I ran Crystal Disk Info utility and it tells me my WD Black main hard drive has errors and warns me.

I ran the Western Digital disk diagnostic utility on the same drive and it says the Disk is fine with no errors. So which one do I believe.

Perhaps it would help if you post both screenshots here? With the limited amount of information you provided, I doubt anyone could help you.

I'm not sure what more info is necessary. Crystal Disk shows the disc has errors which would lead one to believe the drive is failing and WD's own proprietary utility says the disk has no errors at all. So it's a matter of which one is more reliable.

Without knowing what either CrystalDiskInfo or your WD utility have stated exactly, I cannot provide you with any feedback about your potential issue. You will need to provide us with the data that allows for such analysis.
