Crysis warhead video settings

Trying to figure out what video settings would be best to use for Crysis Warhead. With everything on 'Gamer' video settings and anti aliasing at x8 @ 1680.1050 - it runs low to mid 20s in FPS. Should I just play around until I find something that works?

Here's what I got:

Intel E7200 Wolfdale Dual Core processor @ 3.4 ghz
BFG Tech ES SERIES ES-800 800W Continuous Power supply
GIGABYTE GA-EP35-DS3L
4GB Corsair DOMINATOR (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500)
SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 4870 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 video card
Vista 64

I want the best looking game while keeping FPS above at least 30 at all times. 30 is the standard now right?

You're going to dip into the 20s on occasion without a faster CPU regardless of settings, but turning down the AA would do well to keep that as occasional as possible. You can probably get away with 2xAA without it having any notable impact on your minimum framerate.
