Crysis crashing when throwing enemy?

I have this odd crash everytime i try to throw one of those korean soldiers. It happened on 2 different pcs so im not sure why it does it. Anyone else have a this problem before?
 
don't think i've heard of that before on any of the crysis forums i frequent

does it happen in sandbox2 also?
load up island.cry and control+g in and test it out
