Crysis appcrash

So far with crysis I never had any issues running @ 1920 2aa/16af high. But then when I'm at the reckoning lvl (big robot in the end). I'm starting to have problems where it just freezes there with an appcrash . I googled that it has something to do with DX10 or something.

Had anyone got this experience before?
