crysis and version number ?

I purchased crysis a week or two ago (cc special) and installed it tonight. I then installed the 1.2 patch but when I run it the game still indicates it is version 1.1 (I also installed the 1.2.1 hotfix).

Is this normal behavior or does it mean I somehow goofed installing the patch ? (the add/remove shows it as being installed...)
