Crysis 2 mouse lag DX11

Does anyone know a solution for the mouse lag issue when running in DX11 for Crysis 2? I know there will be a bit of a performance drop when running in DX11 mode, but according to fraps I am still getting 45-60FPS so performance should not be the issue. I have also tried forcing V-Sync off through the Nvidia control panel which made no difference. System specs are GTX 570OC, i5-2500k, 8GB DDR3.
 
Are you using an HDTV?. I bet the game is running at 24Hz. Try unticking fullscreen mode and restart the game. Once the first splash screen appears, hit Alt+Enter. That will force the game into fullscreen 60Hz.
