Why do I have to do TechBoy's job for him? :p

twitter.com/Crysis: "At this time, Crytek & EA are glad to confirm that we'll be releasing a pre-launch Crysis 2 multiplayer demo on PC! Stay tuned for details."

Beat me to it! hahahahaha

No I don't work for the company. I'm just a big fan of the engine, the company, and using their sandbox editor. I see them as on the bleeding edge in regards to gaming tech (software wise).

Only interested in SP, but it may be a good indicator how well CryEngine 3 performs before we drop (probably) 50€ on the final game.

The xbox demo has already been hacked. Seems you can access the graphic config for Crysis 2 MP via the XBOX hard drive and see all the parameters. There's typically 4 core settings. Low (1), medium(2), high(3), ultra (4). Xbox is set to 2 (medium).

Ouch! Was running Crysis on my P-D 2.8GHz with a X1950XTX on Medium just fine (at 1280x1024, so even higher than the Xbox/PS3!). Can't wait to put my current rig to the test! I'm sure we'll be blown away by the visual quality :D Add more action (the reason Warhead was more fun for me compared to the original Crysis) and this game is shaping to be a blast!

Hah!

I can beat that. I played crysis on a P4 3.0ghz with my heavily overclocked 9600XT at 800x600. I couldn't play the last level though.
