I maybe a little slow today but can someone tell me what that means?

It means they printed the label online for free delivery confirmation and it has not been scanned yet.

Means they don't have an update and to check back.

oh.. I didn't know you can print labels online. So in other words the seller hasn't shipped it yet eh? It's been 10 days since the auction closed :|

It means that he entered the information online and the label has been made. Of course, that does not mean if it has actually been shipped.

It is also possible that the label was not scanned when dropped off at the PO/picked up by the PO.
