Leaving for vacation on Wednesday (disney cruise) and my kid wakes me up at midnight screaming bloody murder because her ear hurts.
Typical that we have a 2.5 hour flight in 5 days. Ear infections and plane flights do not make for a good time. I've suffered through them as a child. Not fun.

Hopefully the antibiotics clear up the inner ear infection in the next few days and there is no pain due to pressure changes. Oh joy, I get the fun of the TSA being a pain in the ass because I have liquid medication that must be kept cold.

And yes, I may be that guy on the plane with the crying child (she's 5). And no, I won't give a shit about it annoying others.

Next time you're bored try doing something besides trolling here.

Then you're a dick, and a shitbag parent. Wonder why kids come out of households not able to handel the real world.

New rule: If your child is crying, it is a universal rule that the parent can be used as a punching bag until the crying stops or the parent puts in an ounce of effort into being a decent parent

I can't wait to take my 3 year-old and 19-month old to Japan in October. 14 hours.

I'm always amazed at the lack of preparedness of people who fly and then complain when they're not prepared. If you're going to flying in public, bring a book or some sleeping medicine or headphones if noise annoys you. I sat next to a guy who complained for like 5 hours straight about every little thing on the airplane. He got so annoying that I offered to buy him the airline headphones so I wouldn't have to listen to him anymore

Babies scream and cry; people can tough it out for a few hours. Reminds me of this clip from Louis CK:

when i think "crying baby" on an airplane, i'm not thinking of 5 year olds. i'm thinking kids that are under 2 who can hardly talk and can't tell you what is wrong.

Infant + 5 year old in the overhyped/overcrowded and overpriced amusement park sounds like a LOT worse nightmare to me....
