Does anyone know anything about the crusoe chip?

2.) They make processors that focus more on software/programming that control a small bit of hardware rather than the intensive raw power of AMD/Intel. (Read more on this)
3.) Their processors run very cool.
4.) Focus on minimum energy consumption
That's about all I know. I remember hearing that when I was at my dad's house watching Silicon Spin on ZDTV before cable cut it off. It's back on the cable channels again in my area, but my mom doesn't subscribe to the satellite package that has the ZDTV channel.

However, I'm a faithful watcher of it when I go to my friends' houses that have it.
Ahhh...the memories. The main guy brought a Sony prototype to show it off. I believe it was a tablet of some sort with a built-in camera. They were bragging about how low the power was and yet how high the CPU ability yielded. They played MP3s to show this as well.
That's about all I know off the top of my head.
