Setting up my 1st dually rig now...dual Plll 800's on a SuperMicro P6DBE mobo. Looking forward to getting FaH running on this babe 🙂 If all goes well, I'll be loading my first wu's this evening.

Was just about done loading the 3rd disk when a lightning strike blipped our power for just 2 seconds....so to be on the safe side I'm reloaded the os just in case...grrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Now I'm 3 hrs behind doing my first wu's.....:|


On the bright side, hardware is just fine--whew! 😀

JetBlack69, they're slot 1's. Only 128mb ram at the moment...but will be 256 by the end of the week 🙂

Mind if I ask where you got the mobo? I have a slot 1 PIII 800 collecting dust right now. Are they on a 133 fsb or 100? Thanks for the info. 😀

The mobo was laying outside the case--I just got it from Ebay and was testing it to make sure it was okay--got carried away and started to load the os, figuring that when it finished loading I'd install it into the case ( yes, there is a ups sitting right here for it 🙁 ) when the power blipped 🙁

Nice man. As soon as I get some money, I'm getting RAM, some HDs, PSU, etc. I have a VP6 with 2 p3 700 CuMine that are itching to start folding. If I could figure out Linux quicker, I would be able to sick my Dual PPros on it too.
