Off the wall crazy red-neck cruncher cooling idea.

Can you put your crack rack in a refridgerator or freezer?

Part of me says it should work, another part says WTF are you a r-tard? :p

:) It has been done, but condensation is a factor that has to be considered. I've also seen water cooling where the water was chilled with a refridgerator.

There are people who have been successful with aquariums and mineral oil.
You run the oil through a cooling tower and it keeps the entire system at a nice temp.

Yes, refrigerators cause too much water condensation, water plus electrical components = BAD.

You could pipe a water cooling system through a freezer.
Put antifreeze in the line and pump the fluid through coils inside the freezer and then back to your CPU.

One of the first innovators in the mineral oil cooling was Dr. FFreeze

Who built a foam tub, put a MB and components in the tub, filled with mineral oil, and used a 5000btu air conditioner to cool it down.

One of the problems he had was the oil getting thick and flowing as it got cold.

If you are running very cool pipes through a hot PC, you will need to deal with condensation. Or it will deal with you.....
