Crude Oil vs Brent Crude

Why is Brent Crude nearly $10 more per barrel then Crude Oil? Isn't Brent Crude usually slightly below the cost of Crude Oil?

refineries are set up to process one type of crude and change over is expensive (plus all the transport costs). so if demand for brent (mostly europe) is higher than demand for light sweet texas crude, the price can be higher.
