Absolutely amazing. And to think I was thinking of giving up my suv.
I think 2.75 a gallon gas may actually occur.
Will that change your driving habits? Or your car buying habits?
Will gas stay low?

All I know is that I'm getting close to running out of Heating Oil and I'm going to have to bite the bullet and get my tank filled up so the faster the price goes down the better.

Let me predict something. Sub 2.50 by Christmas with a run up to 40 bucks starting in the feb time frame. We have been over this the last 3 years. Same pattern.

Same here. I've got a pile of firewood that I wished I'd had time to dry more, but I can't realistically heat my house 100% with my wood stove and I need oil for hot water so any little bit helps.

I ended up having to buy a tank right about when it peaked...fuck. At least I've got a decent amount right now though.

Surely this isn't linked to the lowest demand for oil in 11 years. It must be due to speculation.

I had to go to Dallas last weekend and on the way back I saw $3.06 in Waco.

It still won't change my driving habits or my desire for a more economical vehicle because I have this funny feeling that this is a temporary drop.
