Crucial ram or Micron ram? Crucial ram has the sticker on it that says Crucial and the Micron sticker. Micron ram just has the Micron sticker.

The Crucial warranty clause states the lifetime warranty is only for the origional buyer, and they ask for an order number when you call, but you can just say it came in your computer and they will RMA it. I've never had to rma an OEM dimm so maybe someone else can help you out with that.

I'ts Crucial... 3 stickers, one says CRUCIAL, teh Crucial logo, a couple of bar codes and some numbers, next to that is a sticker with a M with a swirly (assuming thats Mircon?) the spcs for the RAM, numbers and another bar code, and on the other side is a oarnge price tage like stikcer, i think thats Neweggs thing.
