I can get either for about the same price. The crucial is rated CL2, the Infineon CL3, but everybody and their mother is saying it runs upwards of 150 CL2. So, which do I get?

hmm tough choice. I like both but I'd say get the crucial since it's cl2. I run 512mb of crucial cl2 on my box. :)

Haha, buy one of each.
I'm running them side by side.
But seriously, if you wanna overclock, get infineon. I never seen any post saying over 150 on cl2 for crucial cl2.

buy one of each? Naw, can't afford that. I just wonder why Infineon is rated CL3 when it's so much "better" for overclocking at CL2

I've got a stick of Crucial 256mb PC133 CAS2 running on my A7V133 at
150FSB with CAS2 settings. Nice and stable.

Never seen Crucial over 150? Most sticks Ive used will do 150 to 155, and Ive used dozens of sticks of 128MB PC133 Cas2.

C R U C I A L!!!! That's what I say. Crucial is a sub-company of Micron, which is one of the World's best manufacturers of RAM. I got over 2GB of Crucial memory here in my room.....512MB in this box, 512MB in another....you get the picture. :) Oh, can't forget the 32MB in my Pentium 133. ;)

Well, just my $0.02.

Before this thread, I've seen many posts infineon going up 150 and more, but no crucial. Anyway, I thought about adding "I might be wrong", on above post.:p
Hey, I paid 200.00 for 256mb of crucial, and 200.00 for 512mb of infineon.:)
