Ok, well.. I'm moving up from 256mb RAM ro 512mb RAM and I'm using an Apacer stick of PC2100 with Nanya chips, and I'm wanting to add a stick of 256mb Crucial. I'm doing a light overclock at 145 FSB (1.4@1.53) and I was wondering if the different brands or chips might have some kinda quirkiness and not like each other. It's kinda silly, since ovcerclocking is far from an exact science, but basically..

If I mixed Nanya and Crucial, would things most likely keep running smooth and problem free?

it really depends on the individual chip and the company both. i know crucial overclocks fairly well, but im not sure about nanya. as for mixing the two brands, as far as i know you shouldnt have any problems.

Nanya seems to be known as a pretty decent manufacturer. I bought the stuff on a sweet sale I found last year..

I figure if my Nanya can do 145FSB and extreme memory timings, the Crucial should too, with no conflicts?
