Crucial MX300 275GB M.2 question

Hi there,
I was wondering if I need to use an anti static wrist strap when installing an SSD into my laptop? The Laptop is an MSI GS63VR GRF Stealth Pro. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Probably not so long as you don't touch any of the contacts, etc. But it couldn't hurt.
