It's really the sum of the parts. You have to factor where the PCB is made, where the DRAM chips are made, and where the modules are assembled. It's a multinational effort that can involve any or all of the following countries: Taiwan, China, Japan, United States, Germany, Sweden, Finland, and the United Kingdom.
