What is the difference in these 2 chips?
CT256056
CT3264z265

I am getting a new Dell 4500 And according to Crucial the ct256056 will only work when i see no diff. in the description of my chip that worked on my Asus board.
 
in reality there should be no difference in the memory modules, just that the one that crucial says has a specific part number linking it back to a dell 4500, but for crucial's purposes they will guarantee compatibility w/ that stick, but you should have no probs w/ either one...
