Crucial M4 on the way - questions - 'aligning' the drive?

I've got a new, larger SSD coming for my laptop.

I've got Windows 7, and have read over time about 'aligning' the drive. I'd intended to ghost the drive from the existing 64gb to the new 128, but I think I've read somewhere that might be a problem.

Do I need to do anything special when installing? I'd prefer NOT to do a fresh install as I normally would; I seem to have misplaced my install media =/

There are too many different ways to ghost or clone that it's hard to guess. Cloning software only recently has been alignment aware. One aspect seems to be true. If your existing partition is already aligned, there's a good chance that it'll stay aligned.
