Should be fine. If you are worried you could get Corsair PC2400 (equivilant to PC150 SDRAM). But Corsair uses the same Micron chipst Crucial does, so the crucial should be fine to.

Actually, I am pretty sure the Crucial uses the CL=2.5 Micron chips, and the Corsair uses the CL=2 Micron chips that Crucial will be using in a month or so. 150FSB shouldn't be a problem though...
