On the crucial webpage I see two types of memory listed
http://www.crucial.com/store/listmodule.asp?module=DDR+PC2100&Attrib=Package
DDR PC2100 ? CL=2.5 ? Unbuffered ? Non-parity ? 7.5ns ? 2.5V ? 64Meg x 64
and the other one is
DDR PC2100 ? CL=2.5 ? Registered ? ECC ? 7.5ns ? 2.5V ? 64Meg x 72
I am trying to put together a new computer with the 1.6a p4 and a MSI 845 ultra ARU MB
Which DDR do I buy?
Also why wont the 15% discount show up?
Thank for ur help

The 15% discount is One time only, or you must use the link to access Crucial's site, or else it doesnt know youre an AT member.

Registered memory is ideal for servers, or in motherboards that require Registered DIMMS (usually only when using more than 2 DIMMS)

I would go for the lower priced, Non Parity Unbuffered DIMMS.

unless you're running a server, get the first one. you have to go through the link to get the discount... dunno if you did that or not.
