It works fine at Cas2 up to ~150mhz or so. Crucial will soon be releasing true Cas2 DDR as well. There is not anywhere near as much difference between Cas 2.5 and Cas 2 on DDR than there is between Cas3 and Cas 2 on SDRAM.
Insane3d is right on the money there.
I have my 2 sticks running at CAS2.
It's quicker, but not really by all that much.
I'm surprised really that there is even a 2.5 CAS setting at all.
