Crucial Ballistix + Cellshock memory

Currently have 2 x 1GB DDR2 800 (PC6400) of Cellshcok memory installed with Micron D9GMH chips, and 4-4-4-12 timings. Looking to add another 2GB, and was wondering would it be advisable to add 2 x 1GB of crucial ballistix (PC6400), which is based on the same chips, and timings?

Is the Cellshock voltage the same as Ballistix...? (2.2V)

If it is , then you should not have problems.

But remember that only ~3GB will be recognized by a 32-bit system.

For >=4GB you need a 64-bit OS.
