Crucial and the ABIT KR7A-RAID

I got my memories today from crucial and they are not compatible with the ABIT KR7A-RAID.
Which to get rid off?

Part Number: CT6472Y265
? Module Size: 512MB
? Package: 184-pin DIMM
? Feature: DDR PC2100
? Configuration: 64Meg x 72
? DIMM Type: Registered
? Error Checking: ECC
? Speed: 7.5ns
? Voltage: 2.5V
? SDRAM Timings:CL=2.5

Didn't the Anandtech motherboard review have the ABIT KR7A-RAID running on four 128Mb ram modules.

<< The moment you see the KR7A-RAID you will notice its 6 PCI slots and 4 DIMM slots; the most useful of the two being the 4 DIMM slots. As we have stated numerous times before, it's quite an engineering accomplishment to be able to have 4 DIMM slots on a DDR board like the KR7A-RAID. The board worked just fine with all slots populated. >>

Although the review did not mention if the ram they used was in fact registered.

zzzz,

You ran these two together with no problem?

When checking for compatible memory for this board off Crucial's Website, this memory is not on the list.

Here's what happen when I turn on the Motherboard.
All three lights on the keyboard are lit, the yellow and green lights on the board stays on.
And I get the 1 long beep follow by a short beep.

I'll try seating them as tight as possible to see.

Didn't read the link carefully enough? Meh.
The KR7A has problems with running _some_ 512MB/1024MB _ECC_ modules. non-ECC it does fine in most circumstances.

That is sad that the KR7A isn't completely compatible with the Crucial DDR RAM. I originally had a 256MB DDR (Non-ECC) and a 128MB DDR (NON-ECC) used for on my Asus A7M266 and Abit KG7-Lite. I upgraded to the KR7A and it wouldn't detect ANY of the RAMS-I kept on getting loud, slow beeps.
After inserting and re-inserting numerous times, it finally detected my 256MB DDR in DIMM 1 but it wouldn't detect it in any other DIMMS.
Not to mention, the reason why I upgraded from the KR7A from the KG7-Lite was it wouldn't detect my brand new Athlon XP 1800+ even after flashing to the latest BIOS dated 2/18.

Looks like this is my last Abit motherboard. =(

So are folks able 2 run Crucial 256mb/ECC/Registered sticks in a KR7A133/R? I have heard(Paul's FAQ) the ECC may be a problem?
