Has anyone had any experience comparing these two methods of caching? I like the flexibility of the crucial drive working on a cheaper motherboard. Both need software installed to work, albeit the crucial drive has licensing restrictions.

I'd be curious how the adrenaline benchmarks against an M4+Z68 setup.

I have seen some reports on major issues if the power is interrupted at the wrong time with the dataplex software that is used on the Crucial drive(and others). It seems that sometimes the system may take many hours to rebuild itself if it see issues on the first boot after a power outage.

I don't know how common it is, or if it has been fixed. I first decided not mess with it and to go with Intel SRT and then I just went ahead and purchased a full size SSD.
