Crucial 512MB pc2100 - how far will it o/c?

Well ... I've taken my Crucial ram all the way upto

170Mhz FSB (normal timings @ CAS2.5)
166Mhz FSB (turbo timings @ CAS2)

Remember not all modules can do the same ...
