Crucial 512MB DDR Modules Available

Isn't higher density module is harder to overclock? Nevertheless, it's good for people who want to have LARGE amount of RAMs.
 
mmm three sticks would be nice, but i promise myself not to buy anything else this year.
 
Just been looking at Crucial`s UK site and it`s way too expensive compared to the 2x256mb sticks.
