Crucial 256 ddr & kingston valueram 256 ddr conflict

Here's the prob.

Pick up some new crucial 256 ddr --> DDR PC2100 ? CL=2.5 ? Unbuffered ? Non-parity ? 2.5V ? 32Meg x 64
I have Kingston Valueram KVR266X64C25/256 -->DDR PC2100 ? CL=2.5 Non-Ecc

my mobo is a shuttle ak31 kt266a

I installed the new RAM (Crucial) and when I run Grand Theft Auto 3...it always freezes on me a minute into the game.
But when I put the crucial ram in by itself the game ran fine...when I put in the kingston valueram by itself it ran fine....

my problem is the ram conflict....what should i do??? sell the valueram????please, give me your best advice....

Have you tried different configurations of the ram? Like Crucial in bank 0, value ram in bank 1 or vice versa. If you are still having problems, then sell the valueram.
