This should be good for upgrading OEM branded rigs that you buy cheap refurb, and then turn them into gaming PCs by boosting the RAM to 16GB (for $40), adding a 480GB/512GB-class SSD (for $40 or so), and then dropping in a GPU (low-profile GTX 1650 is around $160 MSRP).
