I,m still waiting for it to be released in my area. Bad thing is I thought I saw it was supposed to get a nationwide "christmas" release. Oh well, might have to wait for DVD

Yeah...Sony added about 130 screens in their "Christmas Nation-wide Release". :)

Good thing one of them was closeby to my home....hehe

I thought the movie was pretty good, but the whole flying thing was a bit overkill. The main characters just flew everywhere. It got old quickly. A welcome change from the average crappy American movie. Definitely recommended.

I dunno about overkill... it was a fantasy. I don't think Neo's gun dodging was overkill (maybe the bullet stopping :) j/k), so why would you consider flying (HUGE leaping) to be so? I dunno it was very good (not great), decent story and it entertained me for my $7.25... which is all you can ask of a movie IMHO.

Just watched this film today......awesome old kung-fu style......with flight and all. Way to bring back old classics!!! Overall I'd give it a 9. Thats pretty good!!! ;)

I saw this film last night. I was amazed by the story and the action. Those are some of the best fighting scenes I've ever seen. Plus, the story was rather poetic. The tree scene was incredible. I've heard people compare this movie to The Matrix, but I don't see that in any way. Crouhing Tiger is far superior.

If you like Michelle Yeoh and Wire-Fu you need to check out Comet Sword Butterfly. Story is hard to follow because the Dubbing is lacking but the action is incredible.

The only thing I liked about this movie, was the good camera work(cinematography?). Compare this to older Asian flicks and you'll agree. It looked like big Hollywood shot this film. Definitely expensive looking.

Chow Yun Fat hasn't been the same since Anna and the King:( He was damn good in that role, but got squat. He's still the man...he needs his Dual Beretta's though to be a hero in my eyes again:p
