Crossover or regular wiring?

I am getting ready to wire an ethernet cable with two RJ45 Plugs on each end (like a giant patch cable) it will run directly between a switch and a computer. I was wondering if I need to wire it as a crossover cable, or as a regular cable. (I am using this guide.)

regular cable...crossover is meant to connect like devices (pc > pc, switch > switch, pc > router).
