crossover CAT5 cable and 10BT Hub question!

Can I use my cross over cable to link one of my PCs to that uplink port of that hub?

Thanks, i was having doubts whether or not I need to purchase a 100Ft standard CAT5 cable....now i can just use the old trusty crossover 100ft i had for 5 months . Now I just have to get 2 more 10ft standard ones....great news for me.
