I've been seeing lots of kids selling OEM copies of windows server 2003. They look like bookstore copies this kid picls up for 10 buck a piece, then turns around, adds some crap hardware component and sells it on eBay for 400. Are these legit copies , lisence + CAL. I've been looking around for copies of server 2003 , but cant find anything under 500. Does anyone know how safe buying and OEM from eBay actual is?
 
As far as I remember, you are legally allowed to only install it on one pc. If it is on e-bay, then it has already been installed on another computer I would assume
