I just got an almost new Corsair X32 SSD, and there's not been any new firmware for about 18 months or so. It's an Indilinx barefoot controller, and is essentially identical to several other barefoot units by OCZ, SuperTalent, GSkill, etc.
Checking out various SSD forums, I see that people have crossflashed some of these drives to get improved firmware. Does anyone have any particular knowledge or experience with this specific model or its siblings, the V64 and V128?
