crossfire/sli fix from microsoft

Very interesting. I think it's like the first time that MS officially recognized SLI/Crossfire via their patches/hotfix?
 
Is there any way to fix the fact that I can't enable SLI without hosing my driver install?

After the reboot on x64 I come back with no video drivers.

I installed this hotfix, now to re-install the latest WHQL from NVIDIA to see if that helps.

what was your score before the update Viper?
 
I have Crossfire Currently enabled, with 2 X1900GT's rev 2 I thought it worked but never tested it. well I'll run 3dmark 06 and then see what score I get.

edit: it seems vista doesn't see the second card but neither does CCC. weird

I am however getting 7000 in 06 so I don't think it's actually affecting crossfire. The ORB reads it as 1 X1900Gt getting 7000 in 06... heh
should I download the hotfox?
