Brand new build as of last night.

Got the two 3870's in with the interconnects on. Neither Vista nor CCC picks up two physical cards, nor is "Enable Crossfire" anywhere in sight. Does connecting the two cards automatically enable crossfire, and treat the cards as one logical video card?
 
Is this a fresh install of Vista? Are all power connectors and Cards Securely in their slots? Uninstall your current drivers, Run Guru3d Driversweeper, reboot and install the Catalyst 8.4's from ATI's site. When using two cards in Crossfire there is an option that becomes available in CCC to 'enable'.... they will also both be recognized in Device manager. What PSU are you using?
