Crossfading Tracks on a CD

clamum

I've got some MP3s that I want to burn to make an audio CD, but I want the tracks to crossfade into each other. Is there a program that can do this? In the past I've opened up all the MP3s in Sound Forge and crossfaded them into one big MP3 file, then burned that. But that's only a single track (one track, many songs) and you have to fast forward/reverse instead of skipping tracks. So then I went and cut up the big MP3 file into the many tracks but when I burned them, there's a little skip in between the tracks when a new one is played even though in Nero the time between tracks is set to 0 seconds. Maybe it's Nero that's doing this and I should try a different burning program? Any help would be appreciated.
