I just came in to ownership of a Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4 GHz Processor BX80562Q6600

I have 2 motherboards and am not sure as to whitch one I should this processor in
my choices are as follows:

asus p5b-vm
or a
asus p5g41-m-lx2/gb

can anyone kindly give me some usefull input.

If you're planning on using the onboard video, use the g41. If you need more than two DDR2 slots, use the P5B.

Neither are very good overclockers.
