Was looking for batteries for my digital hygrometer, which seems to take the size of a 357 and/or LR44/A13 (manual doesn't say). Are these all the same battery? Why so many battery #'s for one size battery?
Looking at this, looks like the 357 is a silver oxide battery and LR44 is a micro alkaline. So does that matter which is used?
