Is this supposed to be a hot deal? Referral? What exactly are you posting about? To show off your $50 plinker? I am confused.

I have This one, got it 10+ years ago, still works great. Might not be the exact model, but the look and specs are the same.

I have the old 22 caliber version of that pistol. It still works fine and it's gotta be 15 years old. It was well cared for, though.

Why does the packages at K-Mart say Crossman, it even is spelled this way on my pump up rifle I use to kill the squirels with ?

actually I was surprised at the price, since most of the pneumatic ones where in the $120-150 range.

I was pleasantly surprised when I found this for < $60 and decided to share my find.

sorry if this does not interest you.

my motives are very innocent.

peace

i use to have that exact same air gun but it wore out after time. the little metal cover that covers where you load the pellets kept sliding open and the pump arm broke.

Nah, .45 is a lot more fun. .22 is only a little more fun. And you can set up a 25ft pellet range in your garage for $30. A lot of air guns are as accurate - or more accurate - than the real thing; they're laughably cheap to shoot, safe and quiet enough not to disturb neighbors. It's great practice without the hearing damage, hassle and cost of going to the range.

.45 is fun too (naturally), but for sheer enjoyment .22 is hard to beat. Dirt cheap, no hearing protection necessary (unless you're using a very short barreled handgun), no recoil, etc.

Roger, it has always been Crosman. Even on my very old pistol it's Crosman.

I have never seen a Crossman anywhere.

Pic?

Wow, I must be getting old, I just went and looked at my Crosman rifle and it's spelled Crosman

I had that exact same model when I was young. It was a lot of fun shooting at everything I could think of. I eventually got an RWS and that gun kicked major butt. I haven't been into that for years and I can only imagine what they have now.

That's alright buddy. Good to know we're not the only ones that "deal" with squirels;) Those buggers are smart tho. We trapped a few and relocated them a couple of miles away. I'll be damned if they didn't come back!

Course, now they're smart enough not to venture into the yard.
