Lets say I have a video file (AVI, MPG, WMV, whatever) that is.... 10 pixels by 10 pixels.
if I want to only have the pixels within the square (1,1), (9,1), (1,9), (9,9) (that is, to remove a border or one pixel from all sides), how would I do that? is there any software that can do this?
