Cropping photos to 3:2 ratio

Is there software out there that makes it simpler to crop photos to a 3:2 ratio?

I took nearly 200 pictures on my recent trip with my new coolpix 5900 and for some odd reason, it doesn't have an option for 3:2. So now I have a bunch of pictures in an odd 4:3 format and would rather have my prints in the standard 3:2.
