some of other ones are so huge and intricate i have no idea how anybody could make them in one night using a board and rope mashing down wheat and not getting caught.

But I too am surprised how they are able to take such a time commitment with the intricate patterns and remain undetected.

Yes, some of the groups who go out and make these, are large groups of people who have very specific tasks within the larger pattern. But the point, is how the hell do they remain undetected? Absolutely nuts what these people can pull off and not get caught.

Yeah I really wonder how they don't get caught. In today's day and age I'm sure farms have very sophisticated security systems too. I'm sure it's a common issue to have people steal crops or animals wrecking havoc. Guess some farms don't really have any security at all so as long as they can pull it off in nighttime light within a few hours they're set.

Guessing there is lot of planning too, like each "cut" is sectioned off into smaller easy to manage chunks.

yea i know that but to do those patterns at night within a few hours is amazing.
