Crooked Cop walks into a man's house without a warrant

What makes him crooked? It's impossible to come to any sort of conclusion from that video.
I could be wrong, but a cop cannot arrest you in your home without an arrest warrant. That's why they ask you to step outside before they arrest you.

Unless you commit a crime outside of your house and go into your house. Or if an officer witnesses illegal activity inside the house. You can't rob a bank then run to your house and call "home base."

That cop is useless and is going to end up costing tax payers a lot of money, but his job and pension won't be touched.

Is it standard practice not to answer the question about why you are being arrested? I think people should have a right to know why they are being arrested.

"You're being arrested for resting arrest." /standard cop answer

😉

Thanks for the link, so the officer was there because a neighbor complained the kid was cussing and cutting up?
